At Briton Interio Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to delivering high-quality furniture and home decor items. We understand that, occasionally, a product may not meet your expectations. Our Return Policy is designed to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for our valued customers.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return under the following conditions:
- Incorrect Product Delivered: If the item delivered does not match your order (wrong item, colour, or size), you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
- Damaged or Defective Product
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos showing the issue. - Missing Parts or Incomplete Delivery
If your order is incomplete or has missing components, notify us within 48 hours so we can arrange for the missing parts to be delivered
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and packaging.
- All tags, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories must be included.
- Items must not have been assembled or installed (if applicable).
- Customised, made-to-order, or clearance sale items cannot be returned, except in cases of damage or defect.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or personalised products
- Products that have been used, assembled, or damaged after delivery
- Products without original packaging
- Clearance or final sale items
- Mattresses and bedding items once opened
Return Process
- Initiate a Return
Email us at [email protected] within the specified time window. Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and supporting photographs (if applicable). - Review & Approval
Our team will assess your request and may contact you for further details. If your return is approved, we will guide you through the return process. - Return Pickup
For eligible returns, we will arrange for a pickup. Please ensure the item is packed securely in its original packaging to avoid transit damage.
Refund or Replacement
- For approved returns, you may choose between a replacement, store credit, or refund.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days after the item is received and inspected.
Important Notes
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault from our side (e.g. damaged or incorrect product).
- If the return is initiated for personal reasons (e.g. change of mind), pickup and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
- Briton Interio reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet our return criteria.
